The Weekly Reset: Create Space for the Week Ahead
Updated: 6 days ago
There are weeks when Monday seems to arrive before we’ve finished processing the week before it.
The laundry isn’t put away. The house needs attention. Your body hasn’t moved enough. Your routines have disappeared somewhere between work, errands, family and everything else competing for your time.
That’s why we love a weekly reset.
Not because we believe every Sunday should be spent preparing for Monday. And definitely not because your house needs to be perfect before you’re allowed to relax.
A weekly reset is simply a ritual that helps you clear some of the physical noise around you, take care of yourself and create a better place to begin again.
Start With 15 Minutes for Yourself
Movement doesn’t have to consume an hour of your day to become part of your routine.
Start with 15 minutes.

Work out at home. Take a walk. Stretch. Put on music and move. Do something that gets you away from your screen and gives you a few minutes dedicated entirely to yourself.
The important part is consistency.
Fifteen minutes every day becomes more than a workout on the calendar. It becomes a small promise you’ve made to yourself: there is room for me in my own day.
And when life gets busy, that’s often exactly the kind of ritual worth protecting.
Give Your Space a Weekly Reset
Once a week, we like to go deeper.
Wash the sheets. Put the clothes away. Clear the bathroom counter. Clean the floors.

Empty the things that have accumulated throughout the week and return everything to where it belongs.
Not because a clean house magically creates a perfect life.
Because your environment affects how you move through it.
When Monday morning arrives, finding the outfit you wanted shouldn’t require digging through a chair full of clothes. Your morning routine feels different when you’re not staring at yesterday’s clutter. And walking into a clean bathroom at the end of a long day can make taking care of yourself feel much easier.
A weekly deep clean is less about creating a perfect home and more about reorganizing your space for the best version of you.
You’re creating room for the week you’re about to have.

Don’t Forget to Reset Yourself
Once everything else has been cleaned, folded and put back where it belongs, there’s one more thing worth taking care of:
You.
Take the shower you’ve been rushing through all week.
Exfoliate with Hydrate + Exfoliate Body Scrub or choose Renew + Glow when that’s what your ritual calls for.
Afterward, slow down long enough to moisturize. Reach for Daily Dose Hydrate, Nourish + Hydrate, or Glow + Firm depending on what your skin needs that day.
If it’s hair-wash day, give your hair its own moment with your Pre-Wash Hair Ritual.
It doesn’t need to become a three-hour Sunday routine.
The point is actually the opposite.
When movement, body care and caring for your surroundings become regular rituals, you don’t have to wait until everything feels completely out of control before you give them your attention.
Make the Reset a Ritual, Not a Rescue
That’s the difference.
A reset doesn’t have to mean you’ve fallen behind.
It can simply mean you’re preparing yourself for what’s next.
Fifteen minutes of movement today.
A few minutes taking care of your skin.
A weekly deep clean that puts your home back together.
Small things done consistently can create fewer distractions and fewer unfinished tasks competing for your attention when a new week begins.
And eventually, Sunday doesn’t feel like the day you have to fix everything.
It becomes the day you return to your ritual.
You wake up Monday in a space you’ve cared for, in a body you’ve made time for, with fewer things pulling at your attention before the day has even begun.
The week won’t always go according to plan.
But you’ve created a place where you can begin it feeling prepared.
Move your body. Reset your space. Take care of yourself.
Then go have your week.
Choose Your Ritual.
