Use on completely dry skin before showering. Starting at the feet, brush in long, gentle upward strokes toward the heart — following the direction of lymphatic flow for maximum circulation and detoxification benefit. Work up the legs, across the hips and stomach, and along the arms from hands toward shoulders. Use lighter pressure on sensitive areas and firmer pressure on rougher areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Spend two to three minutes on the full body and step directly into the shower to rinse away everything the brush has released. Follow with your Alstelle body scrub for deeper exfoliation or proceed directly to your Alstelle body butter or body oil for maximum absorption into freshly prepared skin. Between uses spray lightly with a mixture of water, alcohol, and a few drops of tea tree oil and allow to air dry completely.
