SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Alstelle.com offers 1-3 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders over $75 (excluding taxes). For merchandise orders totaling less than $75, there is a shipping cost of $6.95 for standard shipping. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.

Gift Cards are shipped separately from merchandise orders with USPS First Class Mail for FREE and arrive in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is also available: $10.95 for 2-day shipping and $19.95 for 1-day shipping. Please note shipping cutoff times and estimated delivery during checkout.

Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping, as well as 2-day and 1-day shipping services. For orders under $75, the shipping cost is $6.95.

 

PO Box

If you are shipping to a US PO box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. USPS Priority. For guest checkout orders under $75, shipping is $6.95. We regret that we are unable to provide expedited shipping to PO box addresses. Orders to PO Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. For guest checkout orders under $75, shipping is $6.95. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to APO, FPO, DPO, or Military addresses.

 

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe in having been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Alstelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

 

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.

 

Business Days & Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Multiple Shipments

To better serve our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our Alstelle warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive a notification via email when your order is split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternatively, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your credit card will be charged when your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card when the product you ordered is packaged and ready to be shipped.

 

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on Alstelle.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. The title to the products in your order is transferred from Alstelle to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. The risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Alstelle to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.

For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Alstelle, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Alstelle, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund. 

FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS

You can return items by mail and enjoy free shipping on your return package. To return by mail, follow the four easy steps below:

Please contact us via email at info@alstelle.com or via CHAT Monday -Friday 9 am - 10 pm PST, Saturday, and Sunday 10 am - 9 pm PST on our chatbox found on each page at https://www.alstelle.com.

Our Online Service Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions, and the return shipping address.

If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on alstelle.com may be returned.​

 

2. PRINT IT
Print the label from your email.

 

3. PACK IT
Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

 

4. SHIP IT
Take the package to any UPS location.
